Anchor Air is a virtual airline based in Fairbanks, Alaska, that offers high-quality flight services to destinations in Alaska, Canada, and the Pacific Northwest. Anchor Air was founded in 2020. The airline was primarily based in Portland and Boston, however, the airline now specilizes in destinations within Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.

AlaskaVA was founded in 2021, and merged with Alaska Virtual in October of 2023, forming the world's largest Alaska Airlines based Virtual Airline. VATSIM is the world's largest online aviation network! In fact, a large majority of PNW flights are flown on the VATSIM network! This partnership was initiated in 2021 when PNW was under our original title of FlyWithAlexander, and the orginization has helped PNW gain recognition throughout the virtual aviation community. Many PNW pilots are also rated VATSIM controllers with the Seattle ARTCC, including the CEO!
